Luxury Living Group is committed to your absolute satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, showroom-quality condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and bespoke upholstery are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via the member portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Prepare for Transit
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective crates and packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during high-end freight transport.
- 3.Schedule White-Glove Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a professional pickup time that fits your schedule, ensuring the item is handled with care.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival at our warehouse, our artisans will inspect the piece for quality assurance, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
