Town TV & low cabinet

Jimmy Delatour redefines the canons of contemporary furniture with Town cabinet. Its distinctiveness lies in the deliberately offset base, a detail that breaks the traditional mould. Through this creative gesture, the designer creates a playfully intriguing visual effect, evoking a seemingly precarious balance, in stark contrast with the structural solidity of the piece. 

The true protagonist of the design is the base, which appears to dynamically emerge from the frame, resurfacing on the upper top in an original inlay. This choice not only adds visual depth, but extends upwards into the two trays, transforming the user experience into an exercise in functional elegance.  

Made of Grey Frisè veneered wood with an undulating matte pattern, the cabinet features an alluring and refined texture, further enhanced by the contrast with the black striped ash used for the trays and base. 

With Town cabinet, Trussardi Casa once again proves its prowess in combining innovative design with attention to detail, creating an object that surprises and conquers, despite its sculptural simplicity, thanks to the refined originality of its design.
